DISPATCH/DELIVERY TIMES

• All orders received before 3:00pm will aim to dispatched the same day.
• Orders received after 3:00pm may/will ship the next working day.
• Orders received after 3:00pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched first collection on Monday. (does not include Bank Holidays)
• Customer collections are available between normal opening hours.

PACKAGING WE USE.

All orders are packed in suitable single or double walled cardboard materials for each specific item. 

To keep the cost of our Post & Packing charges to a minimum, we re-cycle packaging materials wherever possible and pass the saving on to you our valued customer. At House Of Candles we care about our impact on the environment.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS.

If no-one is available to accept your order when we try to deliver a card will be left by Royal Mail. You will be able to collect your item from your local post office at your convenience. Simply follow the instructions on the card. If the item is not collected within 21 days it will be returned to us. If you wish to have it redelivered, you will have to contact us to arrange this.
